Some stuff

Hello everyone!

Hope you're having an awesome November so far!

A few things:

  • Not our fan on Facebook yet? Become one here.
  • Subscribe to our blog and get email updates when a new entry is published.
  • Check out our reviews on Yelp and Urban Spoon.
  • Sign up for our newsletter to get special offers and other fun stuff.
  • Bring in your own coffee mug or pastry container/bag and receive a free Sjaack's candy or .25 off your purchase.

Cherry-flavored Sjaack's Candy Hearts

A few new items:
  • Croissants--that buttery flakey goodness you remember--but even better since they're (of course) cholesterol-free and animal-free!
  • Chocolate Croissants--like the buttery variety, but even better because chocolate makes everything better.
  • Waffle Cones--Garrett's still playing around with the recipe, but in all likelyhood we're gonna be serving up fresh sweet waffle cones with your vegan soft serve. You're welcome.
  • We are starting to make stuff with Daiya cheese. Daiya, the delicious melty soy-free and animal-free cheese. Haven't had it yet? Stop in for a Italian Calzone and try the melty goodness yourself.
In other news, we have new to-go menus, and they're gorgeous. Next time you're in, pick one or several up.

*****Thanks for all the positive feedback so far! Remember--we love hearing positive feedback, but we also want to know ways you think we can improve. Email us with any suggestions you have!******

We are so thrilled to be in the new vegan district here in Portland. I haven't been able yet to come in the store but my lovely partner brought me some of the soft serve tonight and I loved it! My leg is getting better so I will be able to walk in and actually eat something cause soon I can eat real food too.

Everybody raved about the cupcakes you made for our party thank you so much for that. I think everyone there went away with happy bellies! We raised more money than anyone anticipated and all those people, wow! We really feel supported by the community. I know this is the wrong place to leave my thank you letter but I'm still in such bad shape its really all I can do. Sorry but I love you guys too much to wait till I can make you a card.

Thank you beyond measure.

Thank you so much Micah and the folks at HELD Vegan Belts for giving us the opportunity to participate in your opening party/fundraiser. Glad to hear that our cupcakes were such a hit and that your event was such a success. We wish you all the best in business and your journey of recovery! Look forward to seeing you in the store and on the street once you are feeling better. You are certainly in our thoughts and it is a pleasure to be in your company as fellow vegan allies on Alberta!

Dear Blogger

Please help! I have recently started a B2e blog on our website www.walsinghamcommunity.org/blog.html and wanted to add links to our favourite blogs at the bottom as you have done. The problem is I can't work out how to do it. Would you please give me some hints? My name is Scott. You can email me at info@walsinghamcommunity.org. Many thanks for your help.
Regards, Scott
