Cupcake Update*
So I know I just blogged about those two yummy flavors available at New Seasons Concordia but the flavors have changed as of today. That being said the new flavors are bound to satisfy your gluten free sweet tooth cravings! Both new flavors to the menu, the rosewater coconut is a rosewater infused vanilla cake topped with fluffy coconut buttercream and sprinkled with organic toasted coconut. The chocolate butterscotch is back to eden's gluten free chocolate cake topped with butterscotch frosting and finished with shaved chocolate! I hope you all enjoy the new selections!

Gluten Free Cupcakes
For those of you who are gluten intolerant, trying to eat less wheat, or just like cupcakes then you'll love these! Available at New seasons Concordia are two flavors of completely gluten free cupcakes for you enjoyment! The first is an Orange Creamsicle which is an orange flavored cake filled with cream cheese frosting and topped with Valencia orange buttercream.
Thanks again to everyone who supports the visions of Back to Eden and we look forward to seeing all your faces in the Bakery Boutique soon!

P.S. More posts from me soon and I have some really exciting news that I'm almost ready to share.

Bakery's Back Up!
Hi everyone! Well, the bakery is officially up and running. It took about a month of closing it to paint, lay new floors, and do general updates. The other day I biked over, we had mimosas and we moved everything back into the bakery.
In addition to painting and floors, a new oven arrived. This is a super duper fancy state of the art magic oven. Garrett's new baby.

It looks pretty small in comparison to the other ones:
But it has a huge capacity for billions of cookies, or whole sheet cakes. I for one can't wait to see what he churns out from there!
While we were moving and cleaning, John was busy in the garden.
Here he's planting a fig tree.
And here's some yummy organic greens!

The storefront on Alberta should be opening about mid June, but Garrett's already back in the bakery, supplying New Seasons with delicious baked goods.
The website will be back up soon, too, so keep an eye out for a fancy new website. :)
