Our Baking Facility Is Moving Behind The Shop!

Back to Eden began as a modest, small operation out of the converted garage in the owners' house. It is a lovely commercial baking facility and it has suited us well but we have outgrown our humble beginnings. We are incredibly grateful for all the support you have given us in the almost two years since we opened our doors on Alberta street and are ecstatic we are in a position to expand. Thank You! The relocation process requires gutting the existing bakery, reinstalling everything at the new bakery and get permits for the new space. In a nutshell, we can't bake for a few days! Our bakery should be up and running in time to open will a full case on Thursday. We won't have any baked goods in the shop for a few days, so what are we doing instead?

We Are Having An Ice Cream Party!!
Next Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday (8/21-8/23) we will have specials all day featuring our Soy Soft Serve and Coconut Bliss Ice Cream. All Specialty Milkshakes, Sundaes and Banana Splits will be $1 OFF All Day! Do you have a soft serve punch card? We are also doing double punches for all single and double servings of Soft Serve! If you don't have a card yet, it's a great time to pick one up and start earning free Soft Serve. You only need 9 punches to get a free single serving cup or cone! Did you know we have Gluten-Free Cones? We have you covered, Portland! Our hours will be a bit shorter, we will be open from 12pm-9pm those three days.
Banana Split Contest Winner!
We got so many great entries to our Banana Split Contest! It was a difficult decision (it involved a lot of drool) but eventually we had to pick a winner. The winner of the Banana Split Contest that gets to go to Vida Vegan Con next weekend is.... JONNY GRASS!!Congratulations! Your Banana Split wowed us so much, we will feature it the weekend of Vida Vegan Con in our shop.
