We have some exciting news! Back to Eden has a ticket to give away for Vida Vegan Con!!! What is Vida Vegan Con? It is the first ever all-vegan blogger conference happening in our humble city, organized by three well-known Portland bloggers: Janessa of Epicurious Vegan, Jess of Get Sconed! and Michelle of Vegtastic Voyage.  The sold out, jam-packed conference will take place August 26th-28th at University Place in downtown Portland. The conference will feature workshops, cooking demos, presentations, panels and a Galarama silent auction. The ticket includes access to all these events, some meals, a swag bag and more! 

The conference will feature some of the top vegan cookbook authors in the country including:

It truly is the vegan event of the year. The $250 per head ticket has been sold out for months but wait! We have one to give away!! 

BANANA SPLIT CONTEST! 

Between now and midnight on Friday the 19th candidates may enter our contest for a chance to win a ticket to Vida Vegan Con! The contest rules are simple: 

Come up with a Banana Split using the ingredients listed below, give it a cool name and tell us why you want to go to the conference. The winner will be announced Saturday, August 20th. The winning Banana Split will be featured at Back to Eden the weekend of the conference plus the designer will get one for free in our shop. 

Our Banana Splits consist of THREE scoops of ice cream, TWO toppings and TWO sauces. Here is what we currently offer in our shop:
